You will have to create an account on the home page and proceed with the payment.
❗️You will receive back an email from : [email protected] containing the password to login. (check spam 🫤…)
The money is debited from your credit card only when the race has been completed (or consider as, if cancel during the racing day)
—> You will receive back an invoice on day after the races
You can create as many accounts as there are different people to pay. (Racers, and/or coaches...). Choose the nation’s racers you will paying for

Si une course est annulée avant le TCM, tous les athletes sont remboursés.
Lorsque qu’une course est annulé le matin de la course, alors que tout à été mis en place pour qu’elle puisse se réaliser (tracé, chronométrage, remontée mécanique….) Il n’y a pas de remboursement. Les risques météo doivent être pris en compte la veille de la course.
La présence des entraineurs lors des TCM est OBLIGATOIRE pour verifier les listes de participants de chaque course. Une fois les listes de départ éditées, on ne peut plus ajouter ou supprimer de coureur.
Les inscriptions peuvent être remboursés individuellement seulement dans les deux cas suivants:
If a race is canceled before the TCM, all athlete will be refunded.
When a race is canceled on the morning of the race, even though everything has been put in place to ensure it can take place (course, timing, lift, etc.), there will be no refunds. Weather risks must be considered the days before the race.
Coaches MUST be present at the TCM to verify the start lists for each race. Once the start lists are edited, no racers can be added or removed.
Registrations can only be refunded individually in the following two cases: • Injury with a medical certificate (from a doctor, not physio etc…) • Over quota, the athlete must be removed from the list.
